Who are your biggest inspirations in life and business?

I find my inspirations in the small actions of people day to day.
Those facing adversity, challenging themselves and stepping out of their comfort zone amongst friends and colleagues. I wouldn’t be in the place I am now without the PopUp Team and Henry encouraging me to get stuck in. They’ve helped mould me into the man I am today, helped me to strive to be better and enjoy a better life. 

What songs gets you motivated?

I couldn't just decide on one - but I have made a motivational playlist of the songs that get me pumped.

What is your key piece of advice for small businesses at this time?

It’s not going to be easy, but just take it one step at a time.  If we’re already experts and already at out our goals, they wouldn’t be our current goal. They’d be achievements. Keeping pushing and working towards the next achievement!

Who are three people dead or alive you would invite to dinner?

​Chester Bennington -
The former front man of Linkin park. One of my earlier memories is my dad putting the special edition CD of Meteora in the car and it shaped my music taste to this day.

Claudio Sanchez -
Author, songwriter and frontman of Coheed and Cambria. The dude is a creative genius... not only writing countless albums of music but also a comic book series directly linking to each song.

Henry Cavill -
​Actor known for his work in The Witcher, Mission Impossible and as Superman. He publicly speaks out about his interests and hobbies that align greatly with myself (nerd chat would be unreal)!

What has been your biggest learning in the past year?

​It doesn’t matter what life throws at you – there’s always a way to have fun, learn and make an impact.
Sometimes stepping back and asking yourself “What was this designed to teach me?”  then try find the learning in it.
